Learn how to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and automation platforms to work smarter, faster, and more creatively—no coding background required. This track prepares you to bring AI into everyday business workflows.
The AI Workforce Readiness Track is designed for students, career changers, and professionals who want to stay relevant in an AI-powered world—not by becoming AI engineers, but by becoming AI-empowered workers.
You’ll learn how Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools work at a high level, and more importantly, how to apply them in real tasks: writing, analysis, research, planning, customer support, project management, and more.
This track prepares you for roles such as:
You handle documents, communication, and coordination—and want to use AI to work faster and smarter.
You work in operations, HR, finance, or project management and want to automate repetitive tasks.
You want to enter the workforce with strong AI productivity skills that set you apart.
You run a small business or side hustle and want AI to help with marketing, planning, and delivery.
This track focuses on practical AI usage. You’ll learn just enough of the concepts to be dangerous, and spend most of your time applying AI to real work scenarios.
Choose a role (e.g. admin assistant, project coordinator, customer support, small business owner) and design a set of 3–5 AI workflows that transform how that role works. Document the prompts, tools, and steps, and present your AI Playbook as a portfolio piece to employers.
This track is intentionally practical. Each week, you’ll apply AI to real tasks from your life, job, or business so that AI becomes a natural part of how you work—not just a tool you heard about.
“I’m not a programmer, but I use AI every day now. This program showed me how to turn AI into a real assistant for emails, reports, and planning. It saved me hours every week and made me stand out at work as the ‘AI person’ on my team.”
— Angela O., Operations Coordinator
This track is intentionally accessible. You don’t need technical skills—just curiosity and a willingness to practice using AI in your daily life.
